The Brandywine River ShadFest is a celebration of the return of American Shad to the upper section of the Brandywine River where it flows through downtown Wilmington, Delaware. This family-friendly festival is an opportunity for the local community to connect to and learn about the river. The festival will include live music, food from local vendors, fishing lessons, shad-printing, games and many other fun hands-on activities for people of all ages and backgrounds.
