ANRS Livestock Resources Production & Promotion Agency is governmental organaisation that has a mandate for the region to impliment, follw up and evaluate Animal and fishery sector. The region has 9 zones and 3 City adminstrations. Therefore, this office is the highest in the region and can perform such international events. I my self is regional fishery expert, so fish migration is directly concerned to me so that I have the responsibilty to do so.
