Salantai Regional Park Directorate
Salantai Regional Park is a protected area established to preserve the landscape, natural ecosystem and cultural heritage values of the Minija, Salantas, Erla ancient valleys and their surroundings. The park is located in the north-west of Lithuania, in the northern part of the Western Samogitian Plateau, in the territories of Kretinga (7761 ha), Skuodas (5045 ha), Plungė (296 ha) district municipalities (Klaipėda and Telšiai counties) and covers an area of 13,265 hectares.
