Celebrating Michigan’s Migratory Salmon in loving memory of Nancy Washburne, the Pioneer of Freshwater Discovery in Michigan-USA
Celebrating Michigan’s Migratory Salmon in loving memory of Nancy Washburne, Pioneer of Freshwater Discovery in Michigan. The event will include an underwater video that Nancy dedicated to World Fish Migration Day, plus an explanation of the importance of migratory fish from a professor of Fisheries and Wildlife at Michigan State University. Among other participants, High School and Nursery School students will be invited to educate future generations about the importance of Migratory Fish. Refreshments will be available after the presentations.
The memorial consists in the projection of her documentary dedicated to World Fish Migration Day in 2018. This video is going to be projected in 18 different locations around 7 different countries (Australia, England, Hungary, France, USA, Mexico and Canada).
