This will be an educational event to raise awareness for children (2-4 years old) at ‘Lancaster University Pre-school’ about the importance of free-flowing rivers for fish and for us. We will start by reading a book about a river or a migratory fish. We will continue by showing some beautiful photos of migratory fish from tropical and temperate rivers. In the meantime we’ll talk about the importance of protecting fish and why they need free-flowing rivers. To finish, the children will color and decorate some fish pictures of their choice.
